Service Description

with Teresa Murray NOV.17th - Friday COST: $20/ person TIME: 6PM-7PM Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, provides an opportunity for deep relaxation and a release in tension in the muscular, mental, and emotional body. It's similar to meditation in which the goal is to achieve a state called samadhi (a state of intense concentration). This is a powerful practice not just for relaxation, but for your mental health. In our Yoga nidra session, Practionairs will be set up in a supported resting pose for the duration of the practice, as they follow along the journey. No experience necessary. This is a floor based practice. Please dress in warm comfy layers as it's normal for the body temperature to drop in practice.
