Yoga Nidra with Teresa Murray Friday, Jan. 31st - 6:30pm 60 min class $20 Yoga nidra, referred to as yogic sleep, is a deeply restful practice that offers a release of tension in the muscular, mental, and emotional body. practitioners are set up in savasana, or a resting pose of choice, and are guided on a journey through the layers of the body bringing us into a conscious sleep. This class will help to promote deep and restful sleep,and is a perfect way to end the day. Please dress in warm, comfy layers as the body temperature can naturally drop in practice. Bringing any props that will help you to settle in ease, such as a bolster or blanket. The studio does have props available for use.
