Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest for Body & Mind with Teresa Murray Friday, Nov. 21st 6:30-7:30 pm (60 min. class) $20 preregistered. Step into a space of deep relaxation and inner stillness with Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep". In this guided meditation practice, you'll lie comfortably in a resting pose of choice while you're led through a systematic journey of body awareness, breath, and visualization. Yoga Nidra helps release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and tap into the healing power of rest. Perfect for all levels—no movement required, just the willingness to let go. Please dress in warm, comfortable layers. Props are provided but you're welcome to bring anything that will help you to feel comfortable.
