What to expect and how to register for classes
Masks are mandatory until you are on your mat
Please do not attend classes if you have any of the following or answer yes to any of the following:
Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue or loss of appetite.
If you are living with either a sick or self-isolating person.
If you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Class Registration Procedures:
Our schedule is currently limited we hope to add classes very soon.
Registration is required please sign up for class in advance of at least 4 hours.
We strongly advise downloading the MINDBODY app to your mobile device as it will make your sign in process very easy. Payment can also be made directly through app.
We ask that you please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to a class if you cannot attend .
A $5.00 fee will be applied for any 'no show'
