We feature a soft floor that is friendly to knees and hips, great for joints and is accommodating to tumbles and fun. Difficult and challenging postures are of no concern and our toddlers and babies appreciate the softness for playing safely.

Quietly settling the body into a gentle rhythm using the foundations of tensegrity (tension and integrity), relaxing and balancing muscles and fascia, inviting ease and grace into the body.
Soothing the nervous system further, we will move gently and consciously, (remaining mostly on the ground) releasing deeply into surface and organ tension.
All that is required for you to bring is your perfect self. Props will be supplied.
Look forward to meeting you all and sharing in this gentle and loving practice.

Experience the magic of mantra. Our voices and hearts coming together for Peace and Unity raising the collective vibration. Learn and practice ancient Sanskrit mantras that will balance the body, mind, spirit. Mantra can help reset the nervous system, lowering adrenaline and cortisol levels which promotes healing on all levels. Hearts will be opened and minds will be cleared!!
