Rooted Soul Yoga Retreat
In March 2019 we hosted a yoga retreat
on Bowen Island at the beautiful and peaceful Xenia Centre.
It was a huge success
and we love this place.

We were sold out and returning in 2020

Due to Covid 19
our retreat was postponed

We have every intention to offer this again and will let you know as soon as it becomes possible!

It was amazing! The sessions were awesome, the food was amazing and the price point was perfect.
I enjoyed all the activities. Yoga classes, meditation, sound healing, art activity, etc. Beautiful location and wonderful people to visit with. Fabulous food too!
It was a brand new experience for me and I was pleasantly surprised each step of the way...I would recommend it to my friends. It was a really great bite size retreat.

You ladies really know how to make people feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the cacao ceremony and the sound night.
