Yoga Nidra and Restorative Series

with Krystal Kokoszka

Rest & Rewire returns this March, landing right at the astrological new year .. a powerful threshold where we move out of winter’s inwardness and into the season of growth, intention, and renewal.
This is a potent time to practice Yoga Nidra. As nature begins to awaken, deep rest helps clear old patterns, regulate the nervous system, and plant intentional seeds in the subconscious .. allowing growth to emerge from a place of safety, not force.

What to Expect:
Each week you’ll be guided into a sanctuary of stillness, blending:
• Yoga Nidra (guided conscious rest)
• Restorative postures fully supported with props
• Breath-work, sound, and gentle reflection + education

This series is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, soften chronic stress patterns, and gently rewire subconscious habits ..especially potent as we step into a new seasonal cycle.

This Series Supports
• Deep rest that reaches the subconscious
• Nervous system regulation & emotional balance
• Improved sleep and stress resilience
• Gentle inner re-patterning through intention (Sankalpa)
• Reconnection to inner wisdom and clarity

No yoga experience is required. Beginner-friendly, accessible to all bodies, and primarily practiced lying down or fully supported.

Pre-registration required (no drop-ins)

Restorative/ Yoga Nidra

with Live harp music

Join Mari and Anya for an afternoon of deep relaxation and mental
calm.
The journey starts with one-hour restorative yoga. We will create comfortable and
supported poses to reset the alignment in the body and the nervous system. This
practice will be accompanied by the soothing melodies of Anya’s harp. Leave all the
business behind and embrace this practice of self-compassion.
This will be followed by a light refreshment break then a deeper practice of Yoga Nidra.
The “divine sleep” when practiced with intention is the equivalent to four hours of deep
sleep.
Bolsters, blankets, mats and eye pillows are provided.

*No previous yoga experience

required

"My baby girl was born on Oct 17th, weighing 6lbs 15oz. My labour was good, it was a natural birth, I believe the yoga really helped me with my breathing, I was able to breathe slow and deep through my contractions which I think was a major factor in the minimal pain relief I used. We still can't believe she is really here! Thanks so much for the last few months of yoga, I really enjoyed it!"

"You are all wonderfully kind and patient instructors, the yoga studio is spacious, warm and inviting, it is one of my most favorite places."
