This partner yoga class will be a fun way to explore poses with the assistance and use of a partner. with communication being a key part between you two, its a welcoming and safe place to connect and stretch. Yin Yoga with the healing power of Reiki.
Yin Yoga encourages the release of tension deep in the connective tissues and joints.
Receive an energetic massage from Jenn while sinking deep into your Yin posture lead by Lara.
Reiki energy will promote deep relaxation, balance and healing for the body, mind and soul while Yin releases and opens the channels through which energy flows. The combination creates space within and throughout into an expansive sense of freedom.

This practice is about you and your baby. Allowing for a pause in your day where you can breathe and ease into release as well as building strength.
Every breath breathes yours and your baby's body. One breath for two hearts. Learn to breathe well and invite calm into your system as well as connecting to this special time of your life.
We move slowly and mindfully into varied poses that are equally; grounding, uplifting, calming, energizing, strengthening and restful. Preparing for labor and into motherhood.

Prenatal yoga is designed to be safe and accommodating to all stages of pregnancy.
No previous yoga experience is required!

Mom and Baby Yoga

Postnatal - Mommy and Me Yoga classes are a postpartum friendly yoga class that Mom gets to attend with baby. These classes combine breath work (pranayama), meditation, and physical poses (Asana) in away to help mom release tension, build strength, reconnect with your body, and to aid in rest and recovery. Gathered within our local mom community we are able to connect, share, and support each other on our journey through motherhood. This class is ideal for moms with babies between 6 weeks (with doctors clearance) and 12 months old.

No previous yoga experience is required!
