    Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep

     is a deep form of relaxation allowing the body to totally relax, become almost weightless while the mind is calm, focused, and alert.

    Yoga Nidra is experienced while lying down and allowing the mind to journey through body awareness, breath awareness and journeying into deep relaxation gently guided by the instructor. 

    One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep! Feel free to bring a blanket and pillow

    Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. My passion is to create a transformational space with sound energy using crystal bowls, crystal Lyre, monochord, flute, drums and especially voice. As a sound healer I enter into a healing relationship with participants, acknowledging that each of us is to be honoured in our own personal experience.

  • Meditation Exploration

    Join Laurea Palmantier

    This series will provide the time, space and community for inquiry and introspection.
    Together we will explore a variety of meditation practices that will help  cultivate awareness, acceptance and peace in  daily life. Through mindfulness, relaxation and breath we become present, and in this presence we clear away stress and worry. We will play with different methods and techniques, exploring through experience. There will be time before and after meditation to connect as a community, learning from one another and supporting one another in creating a regular meditation practice.

    Beginners and seasoned meditators are all welcome.
