Enhance comfort, ease and confidence through pregnancy and your birthing process. Learn gentle and steady postures designed to keep the body strong and healthy all the way into labour and motherhood. This class accommodates all stages of pregnancy. Previous yoga experience is not required Regular class passes do not apply. No drop in.
