Yoga Nidra Journey with Anya & Mari
Service Description
A JOURNEY OF SELF-COMPASSION AND DEEP REST Sunday, October 26th join Mari and Anya for an afternoon of deep relaxation and mental calm. The journey will start with a one-hour restorative class. We will create comfortable and supported poses to reset the alignment in the body and the nervous system. This practice will be accompanied by the soothing melodies of Anya’s harp. Leave all the business behind and embrace this practice of self-compassion. This will be followed by a light refreshment break then a deeper practice of Yoga Nidra. The “divine sleep” when practiced with intention is the equivalent to four hours of deep sleep. Bolsters, blankets, mats and eye pillows are provided. Please feel free to bring any other props t support you during this deep rest. Reset your mind and body. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed for the week ahead. No previous yoga experience require
